Prenatal, Postnatal & Garbhasanskar Yoga is a holistic practice tailored to support mothers at every stage—before, during, and after pregnancy. Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation techniques, it nurtures physical health, emotional balance, and mental well-being. This practice not only enhances the mother's experience but also fosters a positive environment for the baby’s development.
Garbhasanskar is a holistic practice that transcends physical postures, embracing meditation, visualization, and conscious awareness to nurture both mother and baby. Rooted in ancient wisdom, it promotes positive thinking, emotional balance, and spiritual connection during pregnancy.

It’s essential that prenatal and postnatal yoga be taught by a highly trained and experienced instructor who understands the unique needs of expectant mothers. A knowledgeable teacher ensures both safety and effectiveness, guiding you through each stage with care and expertise.
To strike the right balance between rest and activity, a well-designed yoga module should focus on three core elements:
Stability, Strength, and Space.
These pillars support the mother’s physical foundation, emotional grounding, and mental clarity throughout the pregnancy journey.
Before beginning any new exercise routine during pregnancy, always consult your healthcare provider to ensure it's safe for you and your baby.
To practice yoga safely during pregnancy:
1. Choose a certified prenatal yoga instructor who understands the specific needs and limitations of pregnancy. Avoid general yoga classes that may include unsuitable poses or adjustments.
2. Avoid over-stretching and deep twists. Pregnancy hormones loosen ligaments, increasing the risk of injury—so honor your body's limits and never force a stretch.
3. Prioritize gentle movements, breathwork, and relaxation. Skip strenuous poses or inversions that could strain your body or cause imbalance.
Pregnancy yoga is about nurturing—not pushing—so listen closely to your body and move with care and intention.
