Medical Benefits Of Wheat Grass
  • Wheatgrass is rich in the following nutrients:
  • Chlorophyll
  • Antioxidants like flavonoids and phenolic acid
  • Iron
  • Electrolytes including magnesium and calcium
  • Amino Acids
  • Vitamin A
  • Vitamin C
  • Vitamin E
  • Selenium

  • Dosage
  • Start with ; 0.5 ml – 1 ml, per kg body weight
  • Increase up to ; 4 ml – 5 ml, per kg body weight.
  • pH of wheat grass is 7.4.

    Recipe For Smoothie – 
    Wheatgrass Green Smoothie Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 ½ bananas, peeled, chopped, and frozen

Small handful of fresh spinach

1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder or 1 ounce wheatgrass

juice ( 2tbsp)

2 Medjool dates, seeded

Dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and

blend until smooth. Drink immediately
