Small handful of fresh spinach

1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder or 1 ounce wheatgrass

juice ( 2tbsp)

2 Medjool dates, seeded

Dash of ground cinnamon

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and

blend until smooth. Drink immediately
